Here at Friends, we provide our Mid-South Friends with a dedicated medical case manager and a full care plan to help you live a healthy life and reach undetectable status within 90 days, meaning you cannot transmit HIV as long as you stay up-to-date on your self-care plan. Did you know that Friends For All now has a mobile unit? In 2023, our mobile unit FRED joined our team to help us reach more of our Mid-South Friends through outreach testing and services. Whether you don’t have access to transportation or are looking to have testing at an organizational event, our team can help! Friends has an Outreach & Education team that hits the roads of the Mid-South every week to get our community tested and treated, and educate our Mid-South Friends on how to live healthier in Memphis. The team attends local health-based events, but it also takes requests from local organizations, schools, and businesses to provide education, testing, and condom distribution for groups in need.
