Friends For All began working in 2024 to find a way to give everyone access to easy home testing around the Mid-South. Our new sexual health machines are traditional vending machines that can disperse HIV tests, syphilis tests, and more at no charge to you! We are offering these materials to all of our Friends in Memphis to help decrease new HIV and STI transmissions in the Mid-South. Here’s everything available in our machines:
HIV home tests
Syphilis home tests
Safe sex bags with condoms
Lubricant
You do not have to be a current Friends For All client/Mid-South Friend to use this free service- it's available to everyone! You also don’t have to be a resident of Memphis to get your free tests.
-
To get your free sexual health materials, you’ll need to complete this survey. Once you complete the survey, you will be sent a code that you will scan at the machine to get your free materials. Once you receive your code, you’ll be able to use it on any machine in the area. If you arrive to a machine empty of the product you need, please call our team immediately.
Anyone can complete the survey using this link or by finding a machine and scanning the code posted near the machine.

If you test positive for HIV, your life is not over! Click here to call our main headquarters and request a “confirmatory test,” and we will connect you with an Early Intervention Specialist who will help you confirm your result and connect you to resources and treatment once your results are confirmed positive.
Friends For All has a RapidStart program, where we can help you begin HIV treatment within 72 hours. Most people who begin treatment immediately reach undetectable status within 90 days, which means you cannot transmit HIV to a sexual partner. Learn more about being undetectable here.
If you test positive for syphilis, our Clinical Care team can help you access treatment. Just text our team and we will return your text during our normal business hours. You can also call our clinical team.
