Are you in need of oral health care assistance? Our Oral Health Program assists clients with obtaining referral-based oral health/dental services from a third-party community partner. Dental services include diagnostic, prophylactic, and therapeutic services rendered by oral surgeons, dentists, dental hygienists, or dental students supervised by licensed dentists. Need help with your oral care? Friends for All is providing financial assistance for dental services to eligible Mid-South Friends/clients to maintain oral health. Service requests must be received from an HIV Medical Case Manager (MCM). Select one of the dropdown options below to learn more!

  • Clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis until funding is exhausted. Waitlists are created for clients who are not able to receive immediate assistance. The maximum annual dental coverage amount per client will be determined each grant year; your assigned Medical Case Manager will have the most up-to-date information.

  • Friends For All will maintain a list of approved dental providers. Friends is responsible for ensuring that all approved dental providers are licensed in the State of Tennessee and are in good standing with the State Dental Board. Providers in Mississippi rendering services for Part A clients must also be licensed in the State of Mississippi and in good standing with the State Dental Board. Approved oral health services are determined by Ryan White guidelines and their preapproved fee schedule.

  • Oral Health referrals are required to be submitted electronically by the client's assigned Medical Case Manager (MCM).

Are you interested in assistance from Friends’ Oral Health Program? Read below for what to expect during the process of securing assistance.

  • Get your Medical Case Manager (MCM) to submit a referral. This is your first requirement to begin getting assistance.

  • Once approved for services the assigned dental provider will set an initial appointment which will include an assessment and recommended treatment plan.

  • Treatment plans will be reviewed and approved according to Ryan White guidelines.

  • Clients will be given a second appointment to start services based on the Approved Ryan White treatment plan.

  • The maximum annual dental coverage amount per client will be determined each grant year, your assigned Medical Case Manager will have the most up-to-date information.

  • The assigned Provider will send all claim and invoice information to Friends for All for reimbursement of approved Ryan White services.
